Talking Skull

SkullTronix has created an amazing animatronic prop in their talking skeleton head. Most animated props have more clicking sounds in their joints than I do after waking up from a nap on the floor, but that doesn’t appear to be an issue for this Halloween skull. According to their website: “Our SkullTronix DMX skulls are the ‘Ferraris’ of the animatronics world.” There are several voice routines available, but I’m partial to the one included in the video. The only thing missing from the routine is a Ouija board with an animated planchette.
SkullTronix also makes animatronic “SkeleTrons” (skeletons with animated torsos and arms), as seen in the photo, to go along with their talking skulls, but they’re currently sold out for Halloween ‘09.
