Albuquerque Zombie Crawl

I’ll be damned, after stating in yesterday’s Zombie Walk entry that I wish Albuquerque would have such an event, I found out that they do – only they call it a zombie crawl. The photo depicts night crawlers from Albuquerque’s 2008 walk celebrating the 40th anniversary of George Romero’s “Night of the Living Dead.” The crawl stretched through the Nob Hill area until eventually winding up at the Guild Cinema for an 11 PM showing of “NOTLD” in 35mm format. The 2009 event took place back in March, so it looks like I’ll have to wait until next year to cover it.
