Amazing Autumn
November 21st, 2009 by John WolfeNot only am I a Halloween fanatic, but I’m also a lover of the entire fall experience. In fact, it’s my absolute favorite time of year. It’s for this reason that I can’t figure out how in the world I managed to be born in the spring.
Beautiful, autumn, nature scenes and harvest photos abound in this great vid.

As you know, Autumn is my favorite time of the year. Perhaps that’s why I held out in my mother’s womb for an additional 3 weeks before I was born
While I was walking the baby last week, he and I both were deeply admiring the new colors of the leaves and the sound of them crunching under the stroller wheels. I now work in a wonderful part of town which is more of the original design and nature make up of the city so we’re surrounded by huge old trees that are just full of red, orange, brown and a variety of deep green foliage colors. I wish fall was all year long but seasons do need to change for a variety of reasons. I love the flute set to this video, very relaxing. Thank you for sharing.

Makes me want to weep! I can go a decade before seeing a real autumn! I need to start making an effort to drive through the blasted desert to go north and enjoy it. I’m determined next fall–a cabin in the mountains!

Goldie,
I can tell you one thing, if I ever have a child, I’d love to time out the conception perfectly… an autumn birth would definitely be the goal; however, a Halloween birth would be even better.
autumnforest,
It’s similar here, but I do have the river just a couple miles away. There are a ton of cottonwood trees growing along its banks, so I can at least walk through a forest-like fall setting in that location. Otherwise, it’s primarily desert for me as well.
