There are a ton of cottonwood trees growing along its banks, so I can at least walk through a forest-like fall setting in that location. Otherwise, it's primarily desert for me as well. Goldie,

It’s similar here, but I do have the river just a couple miles away. There are a ton of cottonwood trees growing along its banks, so I can at least walk through a forest-like fall setting in that location. Otherwise, it’s primarily desert for me as well.

Perhaps that's why I held out in my mother's womb for an additional 3 weeks before I was born ;-) While I was walking the baby last week, he and I both were deeply admiring the new colors of the leaves and the sound of them crunching under the stroller wheels. I now work in a wonderful part of town which is more of the original design and nature make up of the city so we're surrounded by huge old trees that are just full of red, orange, brown and a variety of deep green foliage colors. I wish fall was all year long but seasons do need to change for a variety of reasons. I love the flute set to this video, very relaxing. Thank you for sharing.
