Update 12/18/08: Congratulations to Rose Eckhoff of Orlando, Florida. Rose’s number was drawn as one of the winners. I’m still waiting on the other winner to return my congratulatory email. If they don’t respond by Monday, December 22nd, then I’ll be drawing a new number.

In the spirit of continuing with Halloween and paranormal themed contests – I’m proud to present two great prize packages to be given to two separate winners. The awesome folks at the Travel Channel have been kind enough to present Season of Shadows with two 17 x 11.5 inch autographed Ghost Adventures posters. Both posters have been signed by all three Ghost Adventures investigators: Zak Bagans, Nick Groff and Aaron Goodwin.

The posters are dark and creepy and feature the show slogan: “Can you handle the Lockdown?” Along with the poster, each winner will receive a Travel Channel notebook and pen, both emblazoned with the network’s trademark insignia. Don’t forget to visit the Ghost Adventures section of the Travel Channel website.

I’d like to thank the Travel Channel, Ben and all the folks at “Room 214” for their generosity in hooking SOS up with these cool prizes.

Guidelines for Entering

Please, only one entry per household. Duplicate entries from the same IP will be deleted. This helps to make it fairer for everyone. There’s no catch here, everything is free – including payment of shipping and handling of the Ghost Adventures items – I cover all costs. To be entered, all you have to do is leave a spooky comment (or anything you like) below, signifying your interest.

Depending upon the volume of entries, comments may only be displayed under this post for a short time. As entries grow, I will remove comments from the post to make it easier for visitors to scroll to the comment box and enter.

When leaving a comment, be sure to include your correct email address. Each winner of the Ghost Adventures signed poster and Travel Channel notebook/pen will be contacted through the address that’s registered with their comment. I will never share email addresses, provided by entrants, with any third parties and you’ll never receive unsolicited mail when entering.

The Ghost Adventures contest will end at 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on December 8th, 2008. All legitimate entries will then be assigned a number. Two numbers will be randomly drawn to determine the winners.

Both winners will then be notified, via the email addresses they provided, no later than December 10th. If one, or both don’t respond (with their shipping information) within a week, then one (or two) more number(s) will be drawn to determine the new winner(s).
