Beyond the Grave

While performing online searches for life-size zombies, this morning, I stumbled on Beyond the Grave Productions. Full-size props are something I’ve wanted to incorporate into my haunt ever since building my corpse scarecrow last year. Although there are many great full-size corpses online that are made from latex foam or monster mud; I’m looking to build mine primarily from mache, while utilizing minimal coverage from clothing. In case you can’t tell, my mind is already mapping out Halloween ’09.
Anyway, back to Beyond the Grave – BTG is owned and operated by Brian Lashchuk and features many awesome, handcrafted, life-size corpses! Brian not only showcases these props in his personal yard haunt, and at haunt conventions, but also sells them in his online shop. I especially like the “scarecrowish” looking prop in this image! Brian also appears to use a lot of cornstalks in his haunt. Speaking of cornstalks – I’m headed back outside to continue attaching mine to the display fence.
