Spent a few hours in paradise a couple of days ago… well, paradise for a Halloween fanatic anyway. I’m in my mid-30s, yet I still get butterflies just walking through Spirit Halloween’s doors! As always, Chris (the owner of all three Albuquerque Spirit locations) and the employees were tremendously kind and helpful. I can’t say enough nice words about the people who work at my local Spirit shops.

Hope you enjoy the video tour. Just a heads up in case kids are watching alongside you: there’s some colorful language at the end of the vid, but I thought the clip was too funny to not include it (especially for a known potty mouth like me).

SkulBone is a division of “The Mountain” – those are the same guys that sold an astronomical amount of Three Wolf Moon shirts on Amazon a few months ago. All of their prints are phenomenal, whether they’re Halloween, horror or nature related. Anyway, I’m once again giving away their awesome Pumpkin Glow Halloween shirts!

I’m giving three Pumpkin Glow tees (pictured) to three separate winners. I own the SkulBone Zombies and Glow Ghosts shirt and the glow in the dark effect continues to last, even a year later – so, they’re definitely on to something with their “glow technology.”

All three shirts in this giveaway are extra large. SkulBone sizes seem to run fairly standard and at times slightly smaller, so an XL really isn’t huge.

Entering this time is a little more involved than my previous giveaways. I’ve added an entry phrase somewhere in my Halloween Haunter’s Reality 3 video. It’s easy to find, but you have to watch this video to locate it. It will appear in quotes in a text box. Once you locate the phrase, just leave it as part of your message under this post. 9-9-09: Spirit Halloween

I love wearing baseball caps and would like to find some nicely fitted hats with Halloween themes – they’re not easy to come by. I did happen to find these three by New Era called “Maskoween”, but the company doesn’t ship to the United States; at least not according to their site. The jack-o-lantern is my favorite of the three. Because of the color scheme, I’m guessing the other two are meant to resemble ghosts.

I’m not really sure why there aren’t more manufacturers creating fitted Halloween hats. They probably assume it’s too tight of a niche. If a company would come up with some truly amazing, spooky designs, I think they would sell like hot cakes in the Halloween community.

Zombies & Glow Ghosts Halloween Shirt

I have come across some amazing online Halloween artwork in the last few months. But, I have to say, the artists responsible for the SkulBone t-shirt images have blown my socks off!! My first introduction to SkulBone was their Zombies, Glow Ghosts shirt. When I initially purchased it from Fright Catalog, I didn’t realize SkulBone had a website. I tracked their site down today and was in heaven when I saw the wide variety of images they have artistically crafted to adorn their clothing. The above image, called Feast, glows in the dark and will soon be added to my collection.

The work is spectacular and not only incorporates Halloween imagery, but also Gothic, fantasy and downright macabre subject matter. Unfortunately, SkulBone doesn’t sell to individuals. They deal wholesale only, but I did find many retailers selling a wide variety of their work. I’m even considering establishing an online store, so I can sell their shirts and hats. I’m that impressed with their products – I wouldn’t sell them if I wasn’t. It’s hard to find high quality Halloween and horror attire these days, especially featuring such incredible artwork.

After purchasing their Glow Ghosts shirt, I was hooked on the style, fit and uniqueness of their products. If I do build my own Halloween retail shop, I promise it will only include high quality items like those produced by SkulBone, at reasonable prices.
