Vintage Halloween Tuneage

February 16th, 2011 by John Wolfe

If you’ve ever popped in on webcam while I’m working on props, and assuming you hung around for a while without being bored to tears, you probably heard the following Halloween songs playing in the background. While I love building props to creepy tunes, I also dig listening to old rockabilly and campy Halloween music while getting my mache on.

Up first, we have “Dracula Hall” by The Duponts:

Next is “Igor’s Party” by Tony’s Monstrosities:

And last but not least is Jackie Morningstar’s “Rockin’ In The Graveyard”:

Halloween Haunt 2010 Video

November 21st, 2010 by John Wolfe

Hope you enjoy the vid. It took a little longer to post this year because I was working out the means for how and where to shoot the intro portion. The introduction actually came from a scene I’ve wanted to create since I was around eight-years old. As a kid I always used to toy with ideas for different yard haunt scenarios and this particular idea stuck with me. It was very cool and a little surreal to finally have the opportunity to act it out many years later.

A HUGE thanks to Nox Arcana for allowing me to use their incredible tracks in this vid.
