Ghost Hunters Parody

November 25th, 2009 by John Wolfe

Whether you’re a fan of Ghost Hunters or not, I have a feeling you’ll get a kick out of the GH parody in today’s entry — especially if you remember the early years on the program. The first three minutes of the vid are a little slow, but it picks up steam once “Brian” and “Steve” begin setting up the equipment.

I won’t give too much away, but my favorite parts are when “Jason” and “Grant” give the call to go dark and when “Brian” has an encounter with the “orb.” According to the creators, You Tube user friednothing, the real Brian Harnois saw the parody and got a kick out of it.

Just so you know, there is some colorful language being used during the video.

Have a great Thanksgiving!

Nice funny and these guys did have quite a few of the real Ghost Hunters characteristics down pat. The in between quick still shots were funny, Twinkies, Steve Guttenberg, a puppy and so on. Ironically, this got me thinking about an episode of “The Haunting” I saw at work early in the week in where a paranormal specialist’s son was allegedly possessed by a demon spirit and she didn’t believe him until things got real bad. Her son was getting his leg carved up by this spirit, allegedly, and after showing his mom – who was the paranormal investigator, she still didn’t believe him. I find it rather odd how these so called paranormal investigators are thee most hard core skeptics of anyone. Reminds me of some of Jason’s comments on the show. It’s hard pressed to get him to admit that what he saw or heard was paranormal. For me the evp sessions and my orb photos and their reaction to me bring it all home in my opinion.

Hey, Happy Thanksgiving dear friend :-) Thank you for the giggles ;-)
