Halloween Bedroom Set

February 15th, 2009 by John Wolfe

I found this cool little item over at Amazon.com. The kid in me is asking, “Where the heck was this haunted set when I was eight, nine, or ten years old?” In the mid 80′s, all we had were He-Man, My Little Pony and Rainbow Bright. Of course, I could order it now, but my current bedroom set consists of mini blinds and whatever clean blankets and sheets I can grab to throw over the mattress. That type of thing’s just not a major priority if you know what I mean. :) It’s still a great looking item. The ghosts, at the foot of the spread, even glow in the dark.

Oh my goodness! John leave it to you to find a Halloween bedroom set. Calm down, wipe the drool from your chin ;-) Hey, forgive me for doing this but seeing as how your cat person, I found this funny 1:30 minute cat cartoon video that you might relate to ;-) The other two clips to the right by this guy are also just as funny, then again, maybe it’s just me.

Really? :) Does she still like to play A Murder of Scarecrows game?

Honey, she loves to play the game so much, she can actually load the game all on her own. LoL, in fact she spends more time at the computer now than I do. Another reason I needed to get a notebook, she hogs the home pc when she’s home ;-) If I play the game with her, she’s correcting my EVERY move. If I didn’t know any better, I would think she’s YOUR offspring John ;-) I couldn’t believe how much she liked this photo given how “scared” she is of monsters in the dark!

That’s so great! I’m getting a good laugh thinking about her launching those seeds at the scarecrows. She actually sounds like she may be a little Halloween haunter in the making. Though I loved Halloween and monsters at a very young age, I, too, was scared of their intents once the lights were turned off. It was a fascination that I always had to test the boundaries on. As a kid, I would push it as far as I could until I felt the fear welling up and then it was time to back down a little – that is, until next time.
