Can’t wait to see it painted. It looks so tortured and spooky! Great job!

Holy Crap-O-La!!!! The texture of your recent corpse is scary as sh*t dude! It all looks fantastic babe and my back was the favorite part….until…..I saw this video. Wow, the neck and under the chin is OUTSTANDING. The face looks so old and torn and barely even on the skeleton but I absolutely adore how the neck and under the chin looks. My dear, you DO have a talented eye for detail…….and then some!!!
My employer was fiddling around at the table a couple of days ago when I was playing your last corpse upload and, upon watching it with me, he asked, “what kind of contest is your friend entering this corpse into?” He was dead serious and thought that with that kind of tremendous detail and care taken in what you were creating, the surely it was going to be judged. LoL…..I told him it was……..it would be judged by the person who made it and that’s the most intense eye of judging the corpses could get. I told him what they were used for and he had a hard time believing me. He said it looked like a few people took turns making the corpse. “Nope, just one and one alone.” He was floored and couldn’t stop staring at the video.
This looks great John, truly and I like the variety of his jaw closed as others have their jaws open. Painting with a q-tip…..ouch, you are as unique as the come

Oh and I forgot to mention that the COLOR of the paint reminds me of that same gray earth color…….like when I would make clay with the elements of earth……..it literally looks like your corpse clawed and dug it’s way through the thick gray clay of our planet, so perfect color John.

That is realy cool. Yo have a good speaking voice, you should do voice over work. I want to do some how to videos, but I sound strange.

autumnforest,
Thank you so much!
How’s the hunt for clown dolls going?
Goldie,
Thank you!! I’m not sure if I have an eye for detail or just a lot of patience when it comes to tearing, folding and stretching layer upon layer of paper towel.
I’m happy to hear you can share Halloween with your current employer. I know when A Murder of Scarecrows/Halloween was mentioned at your previous location, it wasn’t looked upon in such an enthusiastic way. Please thank him for me.
Since starting the paint job last night, I’ve been able to find some areas that need added texture. So, I’ll be back to doing more mache tonight.
Thank you, The Frog Queen!
Ethan,
That’s very nice of you to say. I’m sure your voice is fine. We are always far too critical of ourselves. If you want to do it, then go for it. I’ve seen your work – it’s awesome. I’m sure you would do a great job on a how-to video series.
