Halloween Sodas

I found the Jones Company’s Halloween themed sodas at Target yesterday. Candy Corn and Spooookiwi caught my eye. I’ve read some negative reviews about these products (specifically Candy Corn), but after trying them tonight, I didn’t see what was so bad. In fact, even though I never drink sodas, I enjoyed both flavors. The carbonation was a little strong, but that’s probably because I haven’t had a carbonated beverage in over two years. I tried both flavors separately and then mixed them together. 
The Spooookiwi was my favorite, but the Candy Corn was good and tastes exactly like Halloween candy corn. As I write this, I’m sure the sugar high is making me a little delirious, especially considering I sat down to a bowl of ice cream after drinking the sodas. I may just have a night cap of Halloween Egg Nog, work on my cornstalks until 2 AM (I’ll put that sugar rush to good use) and hit the sack!
