Happy Halloween
October 31st, 2009 by John Wolfe
Today’s the day, you guys! I hope you all have an amazing October 31st! Don’t forget, the webcam will be running from my yard haunt tonight. The feed should start around 6 PM mountain time. I just finished carving jack-o-lanterns (this photo was taken on the porch a few minutes ago) and I’m off to bed for about four hours — then it’s up and at ‘em. I probably won’t be back into the swing of daily blogging until after the fourth or fifth of November.
Be safe, enjoy those treats and keep an eye out for any wandering spirits who may decide to follow you home.

Wishing I was back in Albuquerque again–would love to see it in person!

Frightening chiseling John, nicely done! Thank you for the update and, as you know, I’m looking forward to the feed tonight. Have a guarded and horrifying Happy Halloween my Friend and thank you for sharing your Halloween with us all

How do you do the webcast? Does it cost money to do. Would like to do that for my haunt as well.

Thanks, guys. I hope you all had a fantastic Halloween!
Deathtouch, it’s completely free. I use Justin.tv to host my feed. My cam was setup in the haunt and everything was wired with some really long wires. It would have been easier to run a wireless network, but I didn’t have time to learn the ropes on setting it all up. Feel free to send me an e-mail and I’ll give you more of the specifics.
