Haunted House Scares Grandma
August 23rd, 2009 by John Wolfe
I’ll be completely honest, I’ve been known to pull a practical joke every once in a great while on friends, family, co-workers — you name it. However, I’ve never, ever pulled anything on my grandmother before, not even on Halloween. She’s always had a total reprieve when it comes to my shenanigans. I just wanted to set the record straight before I present this video.
The great folks at Kelly Manor Haunted House obviously don’t believe in treating grandmothers in a similar fashion. Lucky for us they don’t, or else we never would have had this classic scare to watch.
On one hand you have to feel for the lady, yet on the other hand, she was attending a professional haunted house where this sort of treatment is part and parcel whether you’re six or sixty.

That should not have made me laugh quite so hard the first time I watched it…. or the second, or third, or fourth either. HAHAHA. LOVE IT!

LoL….you better leave your grandmother alone John…..hasn’t she been through enough with grandpa?
Plus I’m sure she’s “enjoyed” the sideline of watching you, your uncle and grandpa take it out on each other over the decades. Smart of you to leave her out of it or else YOUR butt would be up on a wire

Dixie,
It reminds me of watching Ellen’s talk show. She loves to scare people and sometimes you feel bad when she gets someone, but the reactions are so priceless, you can’t help but laugh!
Goldie,
You’re right — I know better when it comes to trying to get her. Not to mention, it’s always been so much funnier to hear the flow of expletives coming from my grandpa’s mouth when I would play a joke on him! She has had a front row seat to most of the events over the years between my uncle, my grandpa and myself. As I type this, I have a big grin on my face thinking about a lot of those memories.
autumnforest,
Excellent! Excellent! (said in my best menacing voice)
