Horror movie buddies? I wonder if that’s anything like fiends with benefits? Waiting for my rimshot… Anyway, if you’re in the mood for some creative Halloween ads, then you’ll definitely want to check out Smashing Apps collection from Halloween 2008. This image of Jason and Chucky was my second pick of the bunch. My favorite ad featured monster toilet humor, and you know me – I like to keep it classy around here, 
so I opted to post the horror buddies ad instead. Horror buddies (as I like to call it) was a promotional item for Screamfest ’08: LA’s independent horror film festival.
Other Halloween advertisers included in the article are Snickers, Burger King and the San Francisco Zoo (a Zoo Boo Halloween type event), just to name a few.
