This is all so exciting John!!! I love and cherish all the many places your taking SeasonofShadows. You clearly put a tremendous amount of care not only into your website but also to your many visitors. Your comments back to all of us are most unique related to what we just shared with you and often leads to further reflection of another memory or thought. Like I’ve always said, SeasonofShadows feels like home to me. Thank you for creating it John.

I am thrilled to see what you have in store for Sept giveaway and I have an idea or two what it might be ;-) I think that’s incredible news that he, (or the group of them…not sure) got back to you and wants to sponsor this for you. Absolutely incredible and talk about making your connections and networking. Well done my dear friend, well done!!! You should be very proud of creating this awesome website in addition to the greater lengths you take it. I’m lovin’ every minute of it and very very excited for you.

Also, not sure if Camile will read this on time but would it be alright if I complimented Kieran on his beautiful artwork as well? I’m a huge admirer of art work from children because I feel that their imagination has less “boundaries” than us adults. I adore Kieran’s use of color for his picture of the garden. The brown and jagged edges on one side and this beautiful bursting color of green and red (not sure of the color) is most striking. Kieran has an excellent eye for art. (Keep up the beautiful artwork Kieran and I hope you have time to send more to John so we can all see your art work too.)

Thank you John and your webcam looks real good, as is the sound. I feel fall around me and saw my first change of color in the trees today while at the river. The leaves are starting to finally turn to that deep rich red and orange color now. I have the biggest grin on my face ;-) Many Blessings to you my Friend @}—}—–}———————–

Thanks, but it really wouldn’t be possible without your support and the support of everyone else who visits and enjoys it. I sincerely mean it when I say that SOS belongs to everyone who has a good time on the site. I like to think of my role as being its caretaker, which is something I love doing, because it gives me the ability to get creative and add things that I hope you guys will enjoy.

It doesn’t always work out that every feature I add is a hit, but I try to keep it fresh and am willing to try bringing in new things to give visitors even more ways of interacting with SOS. And the best compliment I could ever receive would be for someone to say the website makes them feel like they’re home! That means so much to me because I then feel like I’m doing a good job of being of service (as the caretaker). So, thank you!

Nox Arcana has been extremely generous and kind to me and I cannot thank them enough… especially Christine! I think you’ll find this upcoming giveaway pretty groovy. 8)

I totally believe we should be encouraging all children to create, if they’re inclined to do so. I feel creativity is what keeps those boundaries you were talking about limitless. It’s through losing the impetus to create that most of us begin to see life in a closed-off manner and we slowly begin to believe we have limitations on our own individual greatness and what we are capable of accomplishing. So, please feel free to compliment Kieran.

Glad to hear everything is looking good and sounding good on the cam. While I haven’t seen fall in our trees yet, I’m definitely noticing it a little bit in my garden. The changes aren’t necessarily due to cooler temps (cause we’re still not that cool yet), but rather, they are due to several things coming to the end of their growing process and cycle, most notably the cornstalks.

Me too, I’m such a fan of spooky looking wooded areas! Though I’ve never been, some of the images remind me of the Pacific Northwest, up around Vancouver. That’s one area I’d love to visit because of all the forests, rain, fog, etc.
