Monster Cereals Have Arrived

Now the Halloween breakfasts of champions can once again resume! A local grocery store started carrying Franken Berry, Count Chocula and Boo Berry about a week ago. This is in contrast to last year, when I wasn’t able to find the monster trio until October. I think the Walmart stocker, responsible for the cereal aisle, still remembers me. He quickly grew tired of my persistent monster cereal queries during their delay in ’08.
To this day, he gives me the evil eye. Yeah, like I was going to take his, “Why don’t you try eating some Fruit Loops instead?” suggestion seriously during the heart of Halloween season.

I might go that route, if they would turn Toucan Sam into the undead. But otherwise, I wasn’t leaving Walmart with no stinking year round cereal — I wanted my monster trio.
