Halloween Monsterlist of Projects

If you’re a veteran at building Halloween props or have been a part of the online haunt community for awhile, odds are you’re already familiar with the Monsterlist. But in case you aren’t, I can’t recommend the site enough. If it creeps, crawls, or just creeps you out – you’ll find detailed plans for creating it in the Monsterlist’s giant collection of how-to links. Mark (the site’s creator) was kind enough to recently feature a link to my Heavy Duty Groundbreaker How-To. It’s an honor to be a part of such a resourceful site that’s become a staple in the online Halloween community.

Halloween Shampoo & Shower Gel

Throughout the day, I always try and think of the strangest product tie-ins with Halloween that I can. Now, whether the items actually exist or not is another story, but that doesn’t keep me from dreaming them up. After an idea pops into my head, then it’s time to hit the internet, check catalogs and make a few calls if necessary. While washing my hair this morning, I had an idea for Halloween shampoo. After doing a little searching, sure enough – I came across a product at Sephora.com called The Haunted House. It’s described as a trio of sweet treat-scented, high-foaming shampoo, shower gel, and bubble baths – just in time for Halloween.

The set, made by Philosophy, includes three, 6oz bottles of black licorice, caramel apple and pumpkin spice muffin. I know they make these for women, but I may just have to try them out anyway, as soon as The Haunted House pack comes back in stock. Pumpkin spice and caramel apple are available individually in the 16 oz size, but black licorice is out of stock.
