Pumpkinrot: The Hollowmen
August 19th, 2009 by John Wolfe
Always a source of incredible inspiration, each year, as summer slips away, I find myself revisiting Pumpkinrot’s excellent Halloween videos. In the process of reviewing the collection this morning, I came across a recently posted (on You Tube) Halloween 2008 special edition video. Re-released with a new spooky audio track, specifically created for the footage, here’s The Hollowmen:

Wow!! Today’s my day off and I’m devoting it to making my Halloween party decorations and this film inspired me about layering the creepy things to make a pathway through them for the grand entrance. Thanks!

Wow, his corpses are amazing and that is one hell of a spooky yard haunt. A haunting, such as this one, would really concern me while approaching the house….never quite sure what’s going to move and scare me right out of my UGG boots
This soundtrack however is DIVINE!!! Now THAT’S what I call the perfect spooky music and again, I find it rather relaxing to listen to. I think I’ll play this a few times just to hear the sound track. Thanks for sharing my friend and WHAT did you think of the photo I sent you???

autumnforest,
Very cool! Glad to know it inspired you as well.
Goldie,
That’s the beauty about his haunt – there’s no concern over movement – it’s all static, so you’d be safe.
I agree, the music is great. Haven’t pulled up the photo, but will e-mail you when I do.
