Reluctant Graveyard
December 9th, 2010 by John WolfeA new favorite of mine, “Organ Donor” by Jeremy Messersmith is a very mellow, melancholic tune that’s being backed up by some cool skeleton animation in this vid. The song is the third track from the album, The Reluctant Graveyard. Big thanks to Dex1879 for turning me onto this gem.

Cool video. The tune sort of reminds me of a fav of mine, Jack Johnson. Really sweet tunes and I liked the visuals. Nice find babe.

That was great John, Thanks for sharing it. I really enjoyed both the music and the video. I’m going to have to share that one one the Haunting Grounds too. I love those vector animations. If you havent already seen it, there’s another you might like that I shared a few months back, It’s called “The Kingdom of Witches” and it’s set to Nox Arcana’s “Labyrinth of Dreams”.

autumnforest,
Thanks for watching and commenting, autumn.
Goldie,
Not familiar with Jack Johnson’s work but I’ll start looking around for some of his tunes — you know me, YT’s pretty much my source for checking up on anything and everything, so I’ll have to see if there’s any music videos of his over on the “Tube.”
trickortreat,
Great to hear from you! And glad you enjoyed Jeremy’s work.
SKAustin,
I was wondering what style of animation that is — vector, huh? Thanks for sharing. Yeah, I love that Kingdom of the Witches vid. I think I came across it back in early summer — it’s way cool with the silhouettes of what looks to be a magnificent Halloween town.
