Vampires & Cream
July 22nd, 2009 by John Wolfe
In my never ending quest to find obscure Halloween edition food items, I’ve seem to hit the mother lode of obscurity with the Yoo-Hoo Halloween flavor known as Vampires & Cream. Even though I’ve been a longtime connoisseur of Yoo-Hoo, I’ve never found Vampires & Cream at any retailer during October. Online references to the product are extremely scarce as well, with nary an image to be found. Unfortunately, according to Wikipedia, the Halloween flavor has been discontinued.
If anyone has ever tried Vampires & Cream, please let me know your opinion of the product. I’m even thinking of contacting Yoo-Hoo to see if they have any leftover promotional items they would be willing to part with. If they send me anything Vampires & Cream related, I’ll pass it on in a future entry.

I have never heard of this flavor. Hmmmm wonder what vampires taste like
Personally I still want to see the Halloween Egg Nog but since Creamland is not a brand carried here, chances are I’ll never see it. Your picture will have to suffice. It’s noon where I live and it’s actually 72 degrees. IT’S A MIRACLE so I’m off to the cemetery to see if the “visitor” is hanging out around the gate again. Wouldn’t that be great if it was………hmmm what shall I say……..

I’m not sure what vampires taste like, but maybe they added the cream flavor to cover it up!
You should try calling your local Quality Checked Dairy Company and tell them you are interested in having them carry Halloween Egg Nog. To the best of my knowledge, most major cities/states have a Quality Checked Dairy, Creamland just happens to be the name in Albuquerque. Mention to them about Creamland carrying it in the New Mexico market. Who knows, they may surprise you.
Hope you had a great EVP/video session!
